Please be sure to include your full name, order number, and email address you used to place your order.
How it works
For a period of 30 days from your purchase you can exchange your device for a new one or receive a full in-store or online credit.
For all items, you must keep the outer cardboard sleeve, or bottle, of the product which contains the proof of purchase and authentication stickers. We cannot warranty any products without their original packaging.
Physical damages to products void all warranties, express or implied.
What happens after 30-days?
After 30 days, we ask that you refer to the warranty card included in the device package or the manufacturers web site.
What is not covered under this 30-day warranty?
All coils, vape accessories, and most 420 products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty. All Utillian 420 products come with a full one year no hassle warranty or return.
